The 5-Day Start is for you if…

  • You’ve been inconsistent for a while and want to kickstart a routine you’ll actually stick to this time.
  • You’re done overthinking. You want someone to tell you exactly what to do, so you actually do it.
  • You’ve always thought you need the gym, or an hour, for a “real” workout. In 5 days, discover how efficient, minimal-equipment sessions can challenge you just as much (if not more).
  • You’re tired of the “all or nothing” cycle and programs that leave you feeling guilty or like you can’t keep up.
  • You’d love some company along the way. Other women are doing it with you, cheering you on, especially on the days you’d rather skip.
